EAU Upgrade on Northwest
I am flying from MCO to SEA on Northwest. Is it true that I will receive an EUA upgrade just as if I was on Continental, i.e before Northwest's "Silvers" and after their Plats" (I am Gold)?
Will I receive an EUA notification e-mail; and if so, from Continental or Northwest?
Is there anything specific I should know? Thanks!

You should get EUA'd with the same windows as on CO. You will not get emailed. You can check your NW itineraries online at nwa.com (even adding in itineraries not purchased there) to see if your seats have been upgraded.

Can also call NWA's regular 800 number and use the automated system to check seat assignment...after which you can opt to talk to an agent if you don't obviously have one in First.
Relatedly, can someone let me know how to add in itineraries on NWA.com that were not purchased on the Website? I've searched in vain before to figure that out, hence my familiarity with the automated seat assignment review at their 800 number.;-)
TIA.

dbaker,
Thanks very much. I see that the problem was that I never exited the sign-in area to look elsewhere around the site. Was hoping there was a way I could import records into there, but this will certainly do!
