EWR PC terminal A

i'm flying out of ewr terminal A this week (on AA) and i wanted to be sure that you can still get into the PC without a CO boarding pass. is this correct? thanks

If you have a Presidents Club membership or a Presidents Club pass, no problem. If you are using an Amex Platinum card for entry, you are out of luck.

No. AA runs out of a different pier in Terminal A.

I think the only carriers in CO's pier are CO, AS, HP, and Mapleflot.

Can't you access a different pier within Terminal with any valid boarding pass? You would have to go through security again to get to the CO gate, but I would think they would allow it.

While this is true, I have been able to access this Presidents Club while flying on UA, which is also in a different pier at terminal A. You can see the Presidents Club from the security area, so I have often just pointed to it and told the TSA that I am headed to the club. They have never denied me access. Of course, this means clearing security twice.
