When does e-check in bonus appear?

When does e-check in bonus appear?
I have now used the e-service center 3 times and never recieved the 1000 mile bonus. I have received the flight credit and online booking bonus, but no e-service bonus. The first time I did it was Sep. 1. I know I only get the bonus once, but I haven't gotten it yet. Is this normal, or is there a mistake.

My son got his bonus when he completed his flight. Which was about 3 weeks.

The first time I used e-check in, it had not posted six weeks later. After the second time, I waited another month, then sent an e-mail. I was promptly credited.
