Europe Express has 3-night packages to Brussels in the fall starting at $399 a person, based on double occupancy. That price includes round-trip air fare on Continental from New York, three nights' accommodations with daily Continental breakfast and all hotel taxes and service charges. Adding a night in Bruges is $130, including round-trip rail fare from Brussels. For three nights in Brussels and three in London, the price starts at $639, including one-way Eurostar train fare from Brussels to London, where the return flight departs from.
