free comp to plat
i have done some searching of posts and found some useful info on co comping to plat.
is this policy still in effect?
i would like to switch from ua to co but dont want to pay my dues all over again just because i changed airlines

The last time I checked (1 month ago) it was still in effect. From going UA 1K (or other 100,000 top tier) to CO Platinum. You need to send your credentials to the Platinum Match Address, but uncertain how long it would last. My hope it would be until Feb/2003, but you never know.

yeah, i know timing may be an issue at the end of the year. i would need enough to to requalify for the next year.
otherwise i would have to do some major milage runs to make up the difference
