ESO gets a thumbs down on its emails
I don't understand why, when ESO sends me an email after I book a flight on Continental's web site, that email doesn't have my flight itinerary.
Am I missing something?
Is there some setting in your profile that would turn this on?
I seem to remember in the old days, it listed the flight details. Now all I get is a link to their website.
Would a few more lines in the email message listing the flight details mess up some cosmic plan?
It just seems plain silly to me, not to have flight details.
Of course if they really wanted to make it useful, they'd list the fare rules also, but I guess that would really be asking for too much.

I concur with that sentiment.
I guess they figure you can go use the "pull up your itinerary" feature on the website, and take your chances on whether it works or not.
But certainly, for the 330$ I recently paid for a ticket on co.com, I would have liked to receive an email confirmation.
