AF availability with One Pass ?
I have tried to book , through CO, 2 CDG-PPT F tickets. First, the agent couldn't tell me how many miles it was ( I assume it is 160,000 each). Then, I asked her (guess it was someone in Belgium ? ) to check any avaibility for 2 from Feb to Dec 05 ... she said no availability at all.
I then called AF directly and they seemed to have very few availabilty in F, and usually only 1 seat per flight, for the next month or so, but not later. Maybe they use different inventory ?
I've kept my CO miles with the hope that one day I could use them on AF to PPT , and now seems like it's impossible - any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated ...
Merci !

Her's what I thought, but I might be wrong :
Serie 9B "Travel Area: Between Europe and Asia"
"Standard Roundtrip
Business Class
100,000
Standard Roundtrip
First Class/BusinessFirst
120,000"
"Stopovers: One free stopover allowed along the most direct route
Europe: ...... Asia: Asia, the Mid Pacific and the South Pacific."
?
If anyone can help ...

WHY would CO have it in their reward chart if it did not exist? I don't buy the what I see as rumours that they don't.

Does it specify that AF FC award tickets are available? If not, then perhaps they're referring to their own metal, or other partners.

Here's what it says :
Series 9B Travel Rewards
Continental Airlines OnePass rewards are valid for travel on Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Continental Micronesia, Continental Connection carriers, SkyTeam Alliance: Air France, Aeromxico, Alitalia, CSA Czech Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Delta Connection (excluding Delta Song flights and Delta Connection flights operated by American Eagle), Delta Shuttle, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Korean Air, Northwest Airlines and Northwest Airlink. Other valid OnePass reward partners include: Air Europa, Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air, American Eagle, Amtrak, British European (flyBE.), Cape Air, Copa Airlines, Emirates, Maersk Air, TAP Air Portugal and Virgin Atlantic.
Not all rewards are valid on all partners. Additional mileage may be required on some partners. Other terms and conditions may also apply.
-> the problem is that on this chart CO refers to SOuth Pacifi as "ASIA" while on other chart sit specifies "SOUTH PACIFIC" for Tahiti etc. (ex : US to South Pacific). I'm confused....

US to PPT in AF Business is 150,000 miles per ticket. So I don't think that there's any way that a Europe to PPT ticket in F could be 160,000 miles.
In any event, CO is not supposed to allow you to book a AF F award ticket. If you get a bad agent whe you call the International Partners award desk, hang up and try again a little later.
