Attaboy' Chase

Despite all the frustration about the OnePass website being up inconsistently, bonuses posting in timely fashion, and how OnePass' international upgrade policies/procedures just utterly SUCK, there has been one constant that deserves a positive mention:

Posting of OnePass with the Chase-Continental Airlines Visa/MasterCard program.

Nice job; keep up the good work.

The Chase miles post within a couple of days after the statement period ends, before you pay the bill!

Yeah, miles post every month like clockwork, that's IF they have the account set up correctly, unlike my account, which took 3 friggin' months to start crediting miles. An airline credit card that didn't credit miles to any account apparently didn't bother Chase until I called, emailed & faxed a half-dozen times for months. Don't get me started!!!

Up until this month, I would have agreed with you. However, my June miles have not yet posted either on the Web or when I call OP. Could it have something to do with the new VISA Signature card? Has anyone else had this problem? Who should I call, OP or Chase?

It's good to see how important it is to some of us to keep our noses brown around the Continental folks.

It kind of lets us know who's opinion to trust when everything hits the fan.

Joe Plat -

I neither know nor care who you are nor where you've crawled out of, but, like clockwork, my miles posted prior to my receiving and therefore paying my statement.

All 75,000 and change miles.

Etops, perhaps you are over using the words, "suck" and "..." (in regards to another thread) this week. I'm sure the same sediments can be expressed with less graphic language.

Finally, it's happened! I actually agree with cigarman! And so I'll need to retract now my earlier statement regarding suffering from a lack of class!

Let's keep the "sediments" on FT as kind and gracious as is humanly possible!

What did I start by asking a simple question? After everyone is done with the cat fights, could someone please address my original question about trouble getting miles posted since Chase converted the OnePass Platinum VISA to a Signature card? Thanks.
