Frontier Airlines

Looking for feedback from anyone who has flown Frontier, particularly longhaul. I may fly them IAH-SEA. I would appreciate any comments.

I flew Frontier last year SFO-DEN-DCA 'cause their one-way fare was pretty good. The FA's were nice and attentive; food was average. So all in all, it was an okay deal. I'm trying to remember if the planes were configured for just 1-class service -- can anyone else confirm this?

One interesting thing: at SFO the boarding passes weren't printed out from a computer. It was basically a form the size of a boarding pass on which the agent wrote my name and the flight numbers. (No doubt they've updated this system since then.)

I might fly them more often, if it weren't for the fact that you don't get OP elite miles.

All F9 flights are 1 class. On IAH-DEN-SEA, the only food service will be along the lines of a soft, hot pretzel or bagel (but they are good). Flight attendants are generally pleasant. You should look at their new FF program, Early Returns. Free ticket systemwide after only 15k miles, usable year-round. Also, all TX flights are offering double miles right now.
