AMEX Bonus Question
If one doesn't have an AMEX card, but purchases one of those blue AMEX internet cards from 7-11, would one receive the bonus miles if used to buy the CO tickets? Thanks!

7-11 sells Amex Blue "Internet" Cards? I'm intrigued. What are they for?
If the cards are used like regular American Express cards and the account number is of the form 37XX XXXXXX XXXXX, then I would say yes, you would get the AMEX bonuses.

Surprisingly enough, they do! At least they do here in the MD/DC area. I would imagine that they are just like the disposable pre-paid phone cards, since they come in all dollar amount denonimations. I guess that they are suppose to be for security reasons,if one doesn't want to pace their original credit card number over the internet. Pretty neat if you ask me.
