e service check in
I used the e service check in machine in March and still don't have the 1000 mile bonus. The flight miles showed up within a few days. Is this normal?

Keep in mind that the bonus is only for the first time (or two times for a round trip, I think) that you use it.

Does anyone know if e-service check-in can be used for Northwest flights & e-tickets?

The bonus miles are only for Continental operated and ticketd flights.
I had the same problem with miles not posting. I emailed CO customer services and they manually added the miles to my account within 4 days.
