new to Continental

iam mostly AC actually all AC..... but i received a $500 travel voucher so i will fly Northwest in March.... my question is if i fly NW can the miles be counted as Onepass miles?

Yes. Just ensure that your Onepass number is in your reservation.

so if i put my NW perks # in the reservation the miles will go there, and if i put Onepass # the miles will show up on my Onepass account?

Yes. Just make sure the name on the reservation matches exactly with the name on the account (OP or WP) that you want to credit your miles to. Other than that, CO and NW tend to get this right.

Just curious, if you already have NW WP miles, why would you want to start over again with CO OP? IMHO, WP is a better program in terms of earning EQM, especially if you already have some miles to beginning with. Even if you start flying CO, you can always put your miles in WP. Plus, you are more likely to earn full EQM with WP while flying CO than vice versa.
