Miles and CD75s

Is it possible to earn miles when using a CD75 certificate on continental? These are discount certificates given to travel agencies as a form of compensation or barter.

From the Continental OnePass website:

Certain Continental and other OnePass airline partner tickets, car rentals and hotel stays are not eligible to earn OnePass mileage. These include:

Industry free or industry-reduced rate tickets.

Definitely not. I have travelled on CO with passes ranging from a ID00PS to an ID75S4 and none of 'em have ever given me so much as a mile. In fact, your boarding pass will have a notation of "NO FF MILEAGE" printed on it.
