Gossamer Bay...

..the red wine they serve in coach.

This is without-a-doubt the most disgusting liquid I have ever tasted! I remember "boones farm", "strawberry hill", and "mogan david" from the old days and this is clearly much worse.

Most of the time, when I fly international coach, I am able to score the "Las Domainiales" from Cotes du Rhone. That one is pretty good, but not available domestic. When they ran out coming back from FRA, I gaged on the Gossamer Bay, then convinced the FA to score me some red burgandy from BF.

Has anyone had a good experience with red wines on continental in domestic first or coach?

Never mind that coach is coach, with a commensurate level of amenities.

I know what you are saying... Gossamer Bay is, indeed, hard to swallow!
