Pax and Baggage Matching
Does anyone know if CO does this for int'l flights from the US to Paris and Frankfurt to US? I know NW does this going to Asia.
I'm not in the mood to carry too much in my carry-on, such as spare clothes.

For CO, no and no. I cannot personally comment on NW but I would doubt it. Of course if you really mean "will my bag go if I dont go", then no again. If you dont board, they will pull your bag on any overseas flight.
