Beta Continental Web Site
Moo!
I received an email from Continental a while ago asking me to join the beta web site program by filling out a web survey. I did so and received the bonus miles. However, I haven't received work back from them about a beta site.
Am I the only one that hasn't received the new site information? I'm really looking forward to seeing the new site design; the current site is absolutely terrible (reward winning, hah!).
I'm somewhat concerned, though, that the web site design is only going to affect nvaigation and not the back-end, which needs more work. Delta's site, which has real-time frequent flier status updates and lets you view all upcoming itineraries (regardless of how you booked them as long as they have your FF#) requires technology well beyond the sleek web design. I'd be surprised if their new site included an entire new back-end that wasn't in use with the existing site, but we'll see.
