OnePass website quirkiness

Like others here I've experienced the problem of disappearing buttons on the account status page. Does anyone have a URL that takes you directly to the page showing recent activity?

Thanks, but that is the normal login page. I'm looking for the page with the button allowing the viewer to see activity since last billing.

Clearly we're not all seeing the same page. The button you point out is the "Mileage Statement" button and doesn't show most recent activity.

This is very annoying... :-(

However, you need to login before it will work.

Bingo! That's the one! Thank you very much. It's currently coming up with a "temporarily unavailable" message, but at least now I can find it again...

That's great! I was just about to try to find a solution myself. Here is a new page I found today though that lists all of CO's promotions and rules (it is a Continental corp page though) and interestingly enough, has a link to the Recent Activity page that now does not work. http://www.onepass.com/news.htm#0102-activity

Probably others already knew this but it is a new page to me.

I have been unable to access this area of the site for about a week or 10 days, but before that had gotten it all the time for the first week or two of it being available.

I, too, have not been able to access the updated version to the site for the last week or so, but when I switch over to my wife's account information, the updated links appear.

Obviously, some people are able to view the updates, and others are not. There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason though.

I called the OPSC about this earlier today. I explained that I used to have the "Activity Since Last Statement" button, but it disappeared about 2 weeks ago and hasn't been back. The agent said that CO was aware of the problem, it's a website problem and they're working to fix it. In the meantime, anyone who wants their info, they'll send it to you in the mail if you call them and ask for it. I asked her if she could fax it to me and she offered the snail mail option instead.

Get this! Now don't get nervous ... I just got off the phone with a friend of mine who I urged to sign up for all the GGONE bonuses and he signed up himself, his wife and son. I asked him to log on and see if he could see the "recent activity" button on any of their accounts. He could not! Then, I signed up my BF who never had a OnePass account before and ... you guessed it, I see the button when I log in as him! Scary huh!

One Pass told me today that CO is going to take up to two weeks to fix the website problem.

hey-la, hey-la, THE BUTTON'S BACK! And another 16,000 miles posted, this year, 5,500 real miles flown, 58,000 miles total thanks to promotions! woo-hoo!

Oops I may have spoken TOO SOON ... the button is back, but look at the message I got when I actually pressed it:

"We're sorry, but we are currently unable to display recent mileage activity to a portion of our audience due to a system issue."

Checked the BF's status, can use the button fine for him, of course he had no activity of any kind so that must be the issue.
