ITN Help
I registered with ITN and changed my profile to Expert. Now, how do I find the info that will tell me the FC upgrade availability?

When you are looking at available flights, look at all the available classes of service (for example A7,F7,K9---Q9,T0, etc). For domestic upgrades, you need to see availability (number greater than 0) in "F" class. For Businessfirst, look for "Z" class. Classes for free tickets are not shown on the ITN. Good luck!
