The Personal Touch?
If all goes well at CO, I will spending a good portion of the next year on their birds. I want to be begin to form a relationship with or find good contacts within CO. Do customers (either corporate or personal) have better luck with building relationships with CO in Europe or the US.
On DL, there was not a sales office that served my post code in the US. I changed my address to Dublin Ireland and for the next 5 years I had a great relationship with the Dublin CTO and country sales office. Any suggestions on how to proceed.

Good luck with your choice. I personally love Continental and feel I am treated great as an Onepass Gold Elite. However, I fly CO only for domestic travel now. I fly internationally on American since it's way easier to upgrade with miles on almost any fare and there is always a faint hope for an operational upgrade. Continental does not even have that term in their dictionary. Below are a couple of Continental web pages that list CTO locations and International office locations.
