Since the EUA scorebroard thread is so large, I thought it is hard for someone to go in and read the updated messages, so I thought I would start a new one here, and actualy it is not exactly about the EUA.

I just called the Elite hotline, and changed my flight with a $50 charge since according to the lady "$50 is charged because of the 3 day window" I have never heard such things, but my company has bought a Non-refundable tkt to save some money, I guess they'll live with the $50 charge. I also requested to change my FF from NW to CO,which was put on by my Travel department regarless of my calls of new updates.
Then, the surprise came, she actually said "Please wait for me to upgrade you, would you like window or aisle?"
Well, to make a long story short, I got upgraded by calling them for a change of travel plans.

several times now I had a situation when seats were released for upgrade on morning of flight only and a call to OPSC got me the upgrade when EUA didn't. Usualy on the EWR-DFW line.

Had a flight Saturday morning where no one was upgraded by EUA, period. I called after checking email and was upgraded manually. No one could explain why that happened.
