More EUA questions ...
I'm now 3-5 under EUA (as Platinum), but only one of these (today's flight) was upgraded in advance - the others by "begging" at the airport at checkin. But to my questions:
1) I tried to e-check-in at a kiosk (for MSY-CLE). It flashed "inconsistencies in travel coding" or something like that. The gate agent said that EUA does that. So, has anyone had a successful e-ticket machine use after an EUA?
2) Under EUA on a multi-segment flight, has anyone had one leg upgraded? Does EUA keep you in coach until ALL segments clear? Or does it upgrade individual segments, independent of all others? Thanks in advance.
