A,D,F class of service. Which one is for Elite upgrades, and what are the others?

F is for upgrades on restricted tickets

A is for elites who qualify for an automatic upgrade at time of ticketing (full coach fare) and paid first class. D is for the upgrade of the domestic portion of an international first class (BusinessFirst) ticket.
