Speaking of elite access...
I was flying a United Express hop from LAX to FAT yesterday and the security line at terminal 7 was huge. It was at least four 25 yard long folds to get to the x-ray. I was not in any particular hurry so I wandered down to the CO securty check point and there was no line at all. They looked at my United BP and waved me right through.
With the walkway open between 6, 7, and 8, it was no problem to walk back to my gate. The whole thing took about 10 minutes.
Oh, for the on topic part...the elite access lines are just about everywhere. The real question is which airports have elite security lines?
FWIW

Look for the blue "Elite Access" carpet by each boarding gate.

every flight, every gate
in my experience, CO has EA at every gate. most CO'ers will whine and complain about it, but i think its great.
boarding whenever you want is huge for carry on travelers, b/c it almost gaurantees you an overhead bin and getting your luggage among the first is huge for checked baggage customers (i dont know if its just me, but my bag is the first one out at msy almost 90% of the time and always one of the earliest bags anywhere else).
the rest of the benefits that CO touts for EA arent that great b/c you dont usually get a chance to benefit from any (upgrades, etc), but i think its a very simple way for CO to stand out from the rest and thank its important customers at the same time.

I take it for granted until I fly another airline like NW. First off, NW has been boarding "emergency row" first, then children, then first, then elites, then everyone else, by row sections. Second, it seems that everyone crowds the counter so that even when I try to board with other elites, I'm stuck behind all of the pushy people. Hooray for Continental for coming up with a nice little "perk" that costs almost nothing (only the price of signs and blue carpet).

I'm just curious, but do the elite security lanes allow silver through, or just gold and plat? I thought I read somewhere that it was only gold and plat, but I was wondering how it is actually done in practice. I must admit, that is one of the greatest things about AA, at the airports where they have an elite lane, it is open to all elites, even first tier.

Anytime I've seen a CO elite security line, any elite member can use it. Once you're at the airport, all elites are treated equal (except when it comes to upgrade waiting lists).
