Date of CO taking back gates/counters?

Date of CO taking back gates/counters?
CO is going take over customer contact positions (from HP, who will still do ramp operations) at ABQ, ELP and SLC before the end of the year. THis is in addition to previously planned PHX and PDX (and LAS apparently already done). No dates for ELP or SLC, 12/15 for PDX, 10/18 for ABQ and "September" for PHX. Can people please post to confirm when they see the changeover having been enacted? Thanks!

An HP employee doing the CO counter in PHX told me last month that it had been pushed back to January there. She joked that CO wanted them to suffer through the holiday crowds.
