Can you get one of these even if you
have been a onepass member more than 1 year?

I called after I had been a OnePass member for a couple of years and got one. I'm glad I did, I started a new job with a lot of travel and was able to use up all my upgrade certs. One thing, they were VERY strict about the non-transferable rule of it. To the point the gate person would say "look at number six on the back" without even looking up from their computer.

Anyway, I think it's all in how you ask...just call and confidently say you'd like to order one as opposed to "can I order one?".

My wife was able to get one after 2 + years!

Are any of the benefits of this pack transferrable? I am taking my grandmother on a trip and opened a OP account for her (hey you never know, she might fly more than me LOL). So just curious from anyone that has gotten one if the rewards are worth it and transferrable. I have been with OP since 1988 so I am not even going to *try* to ask for my own

i'd go ahead and ask. it seems like the one-year rule is not that important. the rule that is important is that you haven't ordered one before.

Yes, several of the coupons are transferrable. The Companion and Discount coupons are. The First Class upgrades are NOT. The presidents club passes are offically not, but they generally dont check ID when you use them. Of course if your grandmother's name is Betty and you try and use the passes, unless you dress in drag, it might be a problem

The nice luggage tag and document holder are 100% transferable.

Technically the FC upgrades are not transferable,but I upgraded a friend twice using the upgrade coupons on HP. As with most things while flying , it doesn't hurt to ask and see what happens.

Is there somewhere on the Continental website that explains more about the Prestige and Executive Packs?

I ran a search on the CO web site and found nothing. I also looked around the site for a few minutes and also found nothing.

If the info is there, It is well hidden.
