Typically, a CO* is someone that spends a lot of $ on CO (ITs rumored that they are in the top 10% of revenue generators). Its also rumored that this program is not run inside of OP, but is run as a separate program by corporate. The intent is to treat the * as nice a possible and have as many employees as possible thank them for thier business.
By the simple fact that these pepple spend a ton of $ on CO it indicates that they are elites, probably Plats. But, since the * program is not tied to OP, they don't need to be elites.
