Baggage

I realize that this is not CO's fault, but it would be great if someone in the industry could improve baggage handling at domestic baggage claim. All the happiness and perks that come with my Elite status don't mean a thing when I need to wait for long periods at the baggage claim area. Elite Access tags are nice, but they really don't address the systemic problems. And, with this problem, "first off" the plane from first class also means "first off and longest-waiting" at baggage claim. There really doesn't seem to be any valid excuse for constant delays, at least as far as the customer sees. Even "updates" would be nice (hey, anything is better than nothing).

I am certain that any improvement in this area (for Elites and all travelers) would set an airline apart and above all of its competitors! Continental, this is your opportunity to stand out!
