Gift Basket from CO
Wow!!!! I received a Harry and David gift basket of fruit, candy, and nuts, a tower that stood about three feet high, from CO today. The note was from a wonderful agent who has been very helpful with my saga (see "letter to CO... long). She felt so bad for CO's poor communication that she had this sent. How nice!

Wow. It is nice to know that some airlines still listen to their customers and respond in kind. I recently had an 'issue' with another airline that promptly swept my problem under the carpet.
Certainly CO went beyond the call of duty, but it is always nice to receive, if nothing else, a follow-up letter or phone call, which I have noticed CO do to even the most trivial question or problem I have.
