CO.com can't pull Expedia routing

CO.com can't pull Expedia routing
I'm booking tickets from PIT to PSP next month. Expedia has a PIT-IAH-PSP (that CO offers too) for the trip to PSP. For the return, Expedia offers a PSP-MSP-PIT (NW metal) that CO doesn't offer no matter which way I search (price, schedule, multiple destinations). Expedia fare is booked in S class and I don't want to book it there for obvious reasons. Any chance CO will offer this fare if I call them (and hopefuly V/U class will be the same) ? Does this qualify for CO's best fare guarantee?

Belive it has to be the same routing and same flight #s, though it does not say it in those words on CO.com

co.com is biased towards selling its own seats. While you used to be able to book what you describe, you can no longer do this in an automated way. You can call them and get it, or if you want it online:
1. Hold an itinerary with your outbound, and any return.
2. Call the Electronic Support Desk (800-300-1547) and ask them to pop in the return flights you want.
It should fare out the same as Expedia.
