CO Codeshare/Skyteam Question
I just had to make a change to an itinerary becuase I found out I have to be in Seattle for a meeting on the 16th. Here is ny NEW intinerary:
CO1502 EWR-LAX on 12/12
AS510 LAX-SEA on 12/15 (Alaska Air)
CO SEA-EWR on 12/15 (redeye
)
Since it was all booked via Continental directly, will I receive FF miles for the LAX-SEA portion of the trip on AS? I have flown 50k miles in the past 5 months and every single one of them has been on CO. I have no idea how the skyteam works...
Thanks!

Alaska is not part of SkyTeam. However, they are a CO partner. You will get 100% EQM (regardless of fare class) as well as your elite bonus miles. Priority boarding is iffy, and no upgrade.

I guess I have a similar question. I am looking at flights on CO.com that are operated by Delta. Would I get OnePass EQMs for such flights? The rules don't seem clear on the CO web site.
