Today I called to upgrade FC IND-CLE (yeah I know it's short) I was informed 99 Elite rules are not in effect until the first. Can't blame a guy for trying. Anywho, all ten FC were still open, guess I'll give them some more ELTS. Return flight FC is wide open too.

...I just called the Elite Line to upgrade an outbound, non "Y" leg on 3/1. They told me that they didn't know if they could do it today (Fri 2/26)...they had been told yes and no by different internal CO folks and she put me on hold to verify...after holding 4 mins, she was able to confirm my upgrade for Monday's flight (FYI: It was a "K" fare)
