CO OnePass E-mail
I have trouble getting an answer when I e-mail the OnePass service-center.
I send 4 e-mails within the last 8 weeks but never got an answer, so I had to call them all the time! Do you have the same experience?

I do! I'll tell you a little story...
Once upon a time I went on a flight with CO. Well actually it was two flights on the 17th/18th May.
Did the mileage show up. Of course not.
So in June I e-mailed them with the flight details. No reply.
In July I faxed the London One-Pass Centre. No reply.
In August I phoned the OP centre in London. They said they had never receieved the fax, could I send the "flight coupons" in. This I did.
In September, I e-mailed and faxed them. Stil l no miles.
In October, I 'phoned, and e-mailed, and faxed and phoned and faxed (you get the picture) at this point I couldn't care less about the miles - it was the principal (never a good idea to involve principals in FF programs!).
Last Wednesday I faxed them again and e-mailed them. No reply.
Yesterday I 'phoned the OP Centre in the US (note international call). After the usual "press 6 for a labotomy" routine, I got to speak to a human, the only problem was we couldn't communicate. I think people who speak English on the whole can understand me - but for some reason on ethnicisity (it's a real word!) this woman couldn't understand me - mind you nor could she understand the computer.
So I stand (well sit actually) dejected, I have given up on those miles. I refuse to 'phone the London OP centre again - they hate me! I complained about them so much I can't be bothered to speak to them again for fear of reprisels.
But despite this my love affair with CO continues. I bear them no malice (unlike Big Dick).
.... Sorry what was your question again GermanFlyer?

I guess i got the picture. I was once missing miles from HP ( just 1000 ) so did not bother to write them more then once ( still did not get them ).
But when I called the OnePass service in US they are very friendly and helpful.they even called me back when they could not prosess my VISA to buy the executive pack.
The german FF service did not want to sell me the pack because it is for US residence only, they did not even want to tell me about it or forward it to an american address.
But I called them after I succeded buying it direcly from the US mailed to my aunt in LAS
and suprise: they were amasend and promised to be more helpful in the future ( we will see ).
I am already looking forward to my trip with them starting tomorrow 11-13-98 (DUS-IAH-LAS-PVR-LAS-DUS)
I still did not give up the hope of getting an upgrade for the domestic US either even so I did not get my coupons yet. Any advise? I know the flights I use are pretty emty.

I have not had the experiences that you folks did. I have emailed the service center several times this year and have gotten a response within a few days.

Same here neyoisles. OPSC has always responded to my emails. It's the "Dear Gordon" emails (complaints and even compliments) that CO doesn't seem to respond to.

That makes three of us. In fact, CO is very good about sending those electronic e-mail
reminders of an updated statement.
The strange thing though is I asked once for
a new one pass card and I got three of them!

When CO does it, it seems to be in triplicate. Looks like you win the prize Catman for having the most OnePass Cards. I guess CO knew that they were sending them to
roberto's pseudonym.

I'll tip my cat hair covered Stetson to CO
for making sure its customers have teh latest
information, even in triplicate. (They somehow sent me TWO e-mails reminding me my
statement was ready.)
Another KUDOS: while their statements are not up to date, they do post miles fast (and can't wait for those bonus miles from VEGAS!
I hit the jackpot.)
And I am NO RELATION to EMMETT_NANCY_ROBERTO!
Remember there are millions who live in JERZEE and I have no relation here! CATMAN

Rudi's testimony: CatMan is not EMMETT_NANCY_ROBERTO.
Otherwise, having met and TESTED CatMan twice, I know, he would never have resisted to claim the very first (october) EMMETT_NANCY_ROBERTO - AWARD.
Nobody but the real EMMETT_NANCY_ROBERTO can neglect swiss chocolates (as a prize).

A recently learned philosophy for CATMAN thanks to RUDI: stop and eat some Swiss CHocolate. It is better than triple ff miles, free hotel suites, limousines, free upgrades... just about everything. (except maybe friends and cats!)
Now I'm dying for more Swiss Chocolate. Off
to that store at Rockfeller center you introduced me to Rudi! (I produced friday and
can't think straight anymore!) CATMAN
