Praise for One-Pass!
It doesn't happen very often, but I am going to praise a FF program (and it isn't BA!!).
Continental couriered my One-Pass Gold pack to me in the UK (it arrived this morning), total delivery time from me giving them an ear-bashing on the 'phone... 2 DAYS!!
I think 2 days to get a new pack/card etc to someone in the UK from the US, from inception to delivery is fantastic.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks on my NW credentials, I feel that there has been a devaluation of benefits by not getting our credentials to us in a reasonable amount of time.
