emmett, I have a Gold Elite #, and it's different from the Silver Elite #. If you do not know your OnePass #, they can find it
with your name only. You are going to have to get into the OnePass Service Center to get a new card, so you might as well call them. I know the feeling about
not wanting to hold, so get on the Continental Web page and click on the Service Center and send them an email.
They will respond.

Give this number a try! I got it off the back of a Continental OnePass Gold elite card.
1-800-426-4800.

No need for this anymore as CO recently changed the elite number to a generic 866 number that won't change from year to year. Upon calling it verifies your credentials and then routes you to the correct desk.
