I didn't have a chance to attend, however, the transcript was interesting reading.
I didn't see an overly abundant amout of praise. However, you have to remember, if you want to attract bees use sugar rather than vinegar. Meaning that if we come up with constructive criticism AND solution(s), they will have more weight with CO. It appears that CO has a good idea of the business factors for their customers. They seem to have analysis of the customer down to a good science, which also shows that they are ready for the long haul, rather than several costly gimmicks for the short haul.
When posting, I'd probably try not to let your emotions drive the post, but describe your problem and offer a solution. I'm sure that will attract their lurkers.
