Problems with On-Line Check in (first time since XP-SP2)
Tried to check in online and the link brings up a blank page. Called website support and instead of trouble shooting it, she just checked me in. Then tried printing boarding pass and link also produces a blank page.
Just curious if anyone else is experiencing a problem. It's the first time for me to try it since loading SP2. Maybe its a compatibilty problem? Tried all the typical little tricks of killing my firewall and virus software temporarily, but, still did not succeed.
Went right back to the site after making this post and it worked fine.

Chalk this up as another reason why Windoze brightens each and every day and keeps people like me employed

FWIW, I've installed XP-SP2 and everything still works... but, I agree, Microsoft is spooky.

It might have to do something with the fact that the boarding passes appear in a separate window that XP considers a pop-up.
I believe Continental is re-working the system to address this pop-up problem.

Good guess, but if it were blocking the popup then the window wouldn't appear at all. The OP said the window was blank...

I am getting the same blank screen as well when I try to check in today for a ticket from DFW to IAH tomorrow.
Yesterday I had some of the same issues, but finally got checked in only for it to say when it came to printing a boarding pass, that "This is not a boarding pass. You are checked-in, but we are unable to provide any boarding passes for your itinerary via continental.com." And this is just for a CO flight from IAH to DFW (not even CO Express) today.
