Maintenance problem, how to get miles?

Last weekend I had a Delta flight, on which I had my CO FF #, to get the EQM and miles posted to CO. The Delta flight got cancelled, and a few hours later I was put on an American Eagle flight. I asked the agent to put my CO # on it, and she seemed to comply, but the miles have yet to show, whereas the DL outbound flight already has. This was DFW-CLE, so it's at least 1K EQM. Any suggestions, or am I screwed? Thanks very much for any info

If you asked the AA agent to put your OnePass number in the AA record, you were wasting your time.

Please do a search either here or on CO.com to learn more about mileage accrual in the event of an involuntary reroute.

Look at the bottom of the page for the link for a pdf form you need to download and fill. Send it to the address written there with your AA boarding pass, DL ticket reciept and a short letter describing what happened.
