continental.com specials
I was just wondering what the timetable is the release of continental.com specials, and more specifically if there is any way to tell what cities will be offered for next weekend?
Last year at this time, there was a special for this weekend for Cleveland to Nashville for $99 RT. I took advantage of this to go see the Browns/Titans preseason game, and would like to do so again. However, I don't think I've seen Nashville listed in the specials from CLE for quite some time. Is there any way to know before they're released, or should I just light some incense and start praying to the CO gods?
Thanks

Take Independence or Southwest for less than $200 anyday ...
Seriously, there is no logic behind the .com specials so you'll know them when they are published. Sometimes engines like Orbitz get updated a day before.

try a farewatcher type thing...
There really is no rhyme or reason to when what cities go on sale, but you should check out a farewatcher type thing like Orbitz's 'deal detector' -- you enter your departure and arrival airports and set a fare -- and when the fare for that trip dips that low it'll alert you. i tried this for a flight to the beach I was hoping to be able to afford and sure enough -- i found one!
Good luck, and oh...go titans!
