Problems booking at continental.com?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone else has this issue - for over a week now, everytime I try to book a round trip ticket on continental.com, when I choose the schedule option, after I pick my first flight, it doesn't go to the screen with return flights - instead, it just shows me the purchase screen with one way flight. This has happened several times now.
Eventually I used choose by price option and ended up with the flights I wanted but what if the flight pairs I wanted didn't show up? This is very annoying.
I just wanted to check here before shooting a mail to customer service.

Email their .com help
I haven't had that problem, but I have had problems in the past. When I emailed their .com tech support, I got a reply very quickly... usually within hour or so.

I have two problems with continental.com:
. Glacially slow compared to my other favorite travel sites.
. I can't close a Hertz rez and have to call the elite desk for help.
