On line Reservation Changed "automatically"

i've not had this happen before and am looking for advice on how best to handle it. i made a transatlantic booking, and the reservation screen clearly said H Class with 150% against the miles, so it got booked. but then when it was ticketed, it had changed to I class. the difference is that H class doesn't need extra money to upgrade using miles and I class costs about $400. to say i'm annoyed is an understatement. trouble is i can't prove that the screen clearly said H when i progressed to confirm purchase.

what gives? and can anyone suggest a solution to this impasse with CO?

Join the club. We had a discussion on this very topic just last week. The original poster in that thread could only get satisfaction by contacting Larry Kellner, soon-to-be CEO of Continental.

The earlier discussion can be found here. Please continue discussion in that thread.
