mozilla printing page2/seg2 boarding pass: broken javascript ?
I filed an online complaint against continental.com's online checkin.
1. When checking in on line and printing boarding passes, the link on
the first boarding pass to the second boarding pass (for the second
segment of my itinerary) doesn't work. It is a broken javascript(2).
Is a problem for this just me or all Mozilla (today: Moz 1.6 on Win2k;
usually Moz 1.7 on Mac OS X 10.2) users ?
2. ObIdiot. I am already logged in, so why am I prompted
to enter my name when filing this bug report on co.o.l ?

Don't expect anything...CO's customer service is dysfunctional.
I've reported repeatable bugs to CO several times, and included instructions on how to duplicate them, and nothing ever happened (they just return the email with a formletter).
The only time I got something corrected was when I reported it directly to Larry Kellner (a repeatable bug). Larry replied with a prompt thank you and he'd get it looked at. It was fixed in 48 hours with no further response. I also offered to provide additional bugs to CO if someone empowered to do something responded to me. They did not provide a contact.
Preety sad if you ask me...
