Graphical flight tracker on CO.com
A new feature (or it's new to me because I haven't checked flight status on co.com for awhile)...but you now get a graphical flight tracker below the flight information.
I typed in '294' and it still shows you estimated/actual departure/arrival but now underneath that it shows a map of the US with the projected flight route and where the plane currently is located.
The page still does not auto refresh.
The graphical tracker does give info for international flights as well - though a bit ugly. I put in CO9 (EWR-NRT) and it shows the entire world in that small box w/ the flight plan.
It only appears to give the graphical tracker when the plane is in the air. It does not give projected flight paths for planes that have not departed yet (probably a good idea).
Interesting new feature.

Saves me a trip to USAToday.com. USAToday has it had for some time now. If I'm picking someone up I find it the best most up to date flight info!

I find that this flight tracker is quite advanced, though not 100% accurate.
Advanced in that it actually has a projected flight route, not just straight lines between origin and the plane, and between the plane and the destination.
Not accurate in that for CO99 EWR-HKG, the actual flight path from the N. Pole to HKG is basically straight south, and the actual plane logo is accurate. However, the projected path on the chart is more a NE->SW slope, which is wrong.

I understand none of the flight trackers are 100% accurate and, also, not realtime. For security purposes, it's not wise to transmit aircraft locations in realtime. My limo driver had flight tracking info through his cell phone. It told him his next pick-up, from a BA flight landing at EWR, was at 3,000 feet in altitude and was due to land in 7 minutes. 30 seconds later, as we paid the toll getting off the NJ Turnpike, I pointed out to him the BA 777 flying overhead 500 feet above us.

I used to use the FlightTracker on cheaptickets.com a lot, and has been comparing the results between that and the continental.com one. CO's at least 4-5 minutes ahead of FlightTracker. So, maybe it's still not real time, but it's better than most tracking sites I've used.

This one is way cool
This one gives you all the flight on approach and takeoff at the 3 PA Airports in NY/NJ (EWR, JFK, LGA).
