quick question: does my friend have to pay a change fee plus close in fee?
My friend has a ticket booked for travel in 2 weeks. He isn't elite and needs to make a change to a flight. Does he have to pay a change fee PLUS a close in booking fee, or just a change fee of 75 dollars?
