New problems with OnePass Activity screen

Multiple weird things with my account activity.

1. My beginning (Jan 1st) balance, which should be zero, is a negative number, which when combined with my (correct) 2012 YTD activity shows a lower, incorrect EQM total.

2. The EQP total is correct.

3. My Presidential Plus 25% Elite Mileage Bonus, which hasn't appeared since a January 12th flight, is now back again, but just on one leg of a day trip I took this week.

4. Under Non-Airline Activity, I have an award redeposit, which under description says "OnePass Kalabahi." There are also three entries under "Chase," only one of which is my actual PPlus spend. The other two entries are two digit dollar amounts.

5. Under FEQM Activity, it shows "FEMTHR" and 1,000 for my latest posting. Presumably that stands for something that means expiring miles?

All this new stuff appearing less than a month before go-live isn't exactly filling me with confidence. SAVE YOUR BOARDING PASSES.

Just remember that there is a HUGE difference between keeping all the data in order on the back-end and building the interfaces to display it on a webpage. Even if the UI is completely FUBAR odds are that the back-end databases are not.

Good advice to try to stay realistic and trust this will all be ironed out.

But where did "Kalabahi" come from (other than the name of the Indonesian City)??

Just finished a flight - RDM's are correct, but show incorrectly under activity Segments are correct.
EQM's are short by half the flight activity.
Couldn't tell you if Lifetime miles are correct or not.

Without access to the data, there's no way to come to that conclusion.

It's certainly possible it's only a display issue. But to say odds are that the back end is fine without visibility into the source data is a bit premature.

Either way, it's bad QA for a major company to have these sorts of errors visible to customers.
