Schedule change question

My daughter and I are heading to Aspen from EWR on 1/15 and used CO one pass miles (25k each). The fight departure has changed but only by 5 minutes, which I have not yet accepted. Is there ANY shot a nice CSR allows us to change the flights without a fee? I am not elite at this point but bought the tix using my CO Chase credit card.

Since there is subpar snow in Aspen I was thinking of changing the flights to Vancouver and hit Whistler. There are 25k flightscavailable at this point.

Worst case scenario and they charge me, how much should I expect to make this change?

Thanks.

Regardless, you're going to be hard-pressed to find an agent who will change the flight for free.

The schedule change is insignificant. To do as you want, you will need for fork out a fee for both of you.

Is postponing your trip to say February or March an option? Subject to availability, believe there is no charge for such a change
