Lost/Missing Bag
So my brother flew to reno today on his way to lake tahoe and CO lost or missplaced his bag. what can he ask for or what can he spend and expect to be refunded for? the said the bag stayed at IAH. He bought his tickets with a plat amex dont know if anyone know if amex covers this.
