Crediting TK to Onepass
Any recent experience crediting TK flights to Onepass? I just did BKK-IST-GRU in D which according to CO charts should earn 150% EQM. Looks like my BKK-IST flight miles posted already but for some odd reason 120% instead of 150%. I guess it could be a co.com bug. My concern is that I'll need all of these to post at the correct 150% to break 100K EQM for the year so hoping that this all gets sorted out quickly.
Here is what I'm seeing in my account now. These numbers make no sense at all. Where did they come up with 5,815 miles for this flight? Where is my 25% base miles bonus? And where in the world did a 20% EQM bonus come from?
Activity Date Description Miles/Points Miles Bonus Total Miles Points
12/24/2011 Turkish Air 69D D / D 5,815 5,815 6,978 1.5

Fixing a tk posting bug for my girlfriend took 6 months and it wasn't resolved until I got help from a great agent at the plat opsc desk. It finally posted into full y for a few extra eqm but it was a real pain.
This was with full documentation, boarding passes etc. Nothing else (multiple calls, emails to tk) helped until the plat desk got involved.
After my pre booked trips next year (35k eqm in week) I'm going to avoid tk for a while.

I have to see how my IST-GRU leg posts. If it gets me over 100K EQM then I won't worry too much about it but will still try to get any missing miles that I'm owed. It's just that if I don't break 100K is where it will get tricky for me.

I just did DXB-IST-FRA in Business Class about three weeks ago. I got 150% EQM and 125% base miles and everything posted correctly within about three days. Must be some kind of glitch in the CO system.
