EQM adjustments on Co.com
Over the past few weeks I have noticed discrepancies in my EQM totals according to flights purchased vs what was showing up under the account summary.
Only reason I have been this particular about it is so I cross the 1k mark by years end, but this is what I have been seeing:
On two separate occasions I had flown on A fare tickets, only to see a ZH (or similar) fare come through after the flight and post only 100% EQM to my account and not the 150%. I noticed this and even called into the Customer service line with the receipts clearly showing A fares purchased. I was told that no, these were not A fares and that there was basically nothing I could do...nice right?
Anyways, fast forward to today, I noticed that the total EQM was higher, and that the account was infact wrong and has since been updated correctly.
Not sure if anyone else was seeing this 'glitch', but looks like its been fixed..

The A v ZH thing is a "known bug" in the system right now and is one that they are working on fixing permanently; in the mean time they are running "sweeps" to clean it up from time to time. At least for now those earn at the 150% rate; in the future there is a chance that the H-Ups (fare basis is H but it books into A inventory) might not earn that way nut no decision has been announced on that topic.

How do you find the H-up fares?
