System-wide Upgrade Progress
Sitting at 97K miles in combined/linked accounts.
The CO site does not show a status bar for System-wide Upgrade Progress.
It says it, but there is no bar.

Your YTD elite miles number shows the combined total from both programs?? That's the first report of such I've heard.

No, it just shows the miles on CO.
Already show me as plat...but does not show the SWU status bar.

That's the way it will display. The progress bar is tied to the number of EQMs in your OnePass account. You'll still get the SWUs when you cross the 100K mark.

Right now my OP acct has 77k.
As of today, my MPacct has 23K since I finally got credit for the UA deqm's from August.
Is there a weekly sweep that occurs that will make the system realize I am over 100K?

Yes, there is a sweep over the weekends. Yours might take until next weekend to credit, but it should happen.

Oh wise FT readers,
I have a UA SWU expiration question that I could not find elsewhere in FT.
I have 2 UA SWU Certs that will expire 12/2011. If I were to book an international ticket in "W" class during November 2011 for travel in say, February 2012 and immediately request an upgrade for the February 2012 travel, would my SWU Certs remain valid until the February 2012 trip ? I would expect that if the SWU upgrade did not clear it would immediately expire, but I want to know if any of you wise folks knew if the SWU certs could be extended based on the ticketing date as opposed to the date of travel.
Your wise insight is appreciated.

SWU can not be applied to flights after their exipration.
SWUs must be valid for the start of the first flight they are applied to.
