SJC Priority Security Line?
I do not fly SJC much and have never flown CO out of SJC. Is there a special security line for F Class or Pres Platinum? I am trying to gauge how early I need to get there for an 8:50am flight.
edit: sorry. Found the answer in the FAQ. Nope. No special security line. Sorry for thread.

The FAQ is dated. There is most certainly a priority lane you can use.
It's usually not terribly busy on that side -- it's only UA, CO, US, and what's left of AA, IIRC.
It's a new airport, so everyone gets the backscatter machine.

There is a priority something..............
The priority part is actually just to check your ID and boarding pass; once you get through that then you join everybody else in the actual security line.
I find that SJC is much more efficient than SFO
No lounge at SJC.
If you like espresso coffee and get there early, walk towards the new part of the airport and enjoy a coffee at Espressamente; it is an Illy branded store and they make a great cup of espresso.
